Phillip Redmond is a Senior Broker at CARR with nearly 15 years of experience in the dental and healthcare industry and has been with CARR since 2017. Originally from Trenton, Michigan, Phillip is a graduate of Michigan State University and began his career in dental sales with industry-leading organizations including Carestream Dental, Benco Dental, and Henry Schein Dental.

Phillip’s transition into commercial real estate was driven by firsthand exposure to the critical role real estate plays in the long-term success of healthcare and professional practices. While serving as an Equipment and Technology Specialist at Henry Schein Dental, his collaboration with CARR representatives inspired a move into tenant and buyer representation within healthcare real estate.

Phillip has executed hundreds of transactions and specializes in advising medical, dental, veterinary, optometry, and professional service businesses on all aspects of commercial real estate, including start-ups, lease renewals, expansions, relocations, additional locations, acquisitions, and practice transitions. He exclusively represents tenants and buyers, ensuring objective guidance and unwavering advocacy throughout the process.

Phillip is based in Hermosa Beach, California, and splits his time between Southern California and the Colorado Front Range. He is licensed in both California and Colorado, allowing him to directly represent clients in each market. Phillip advises clients across West Los Angeles, the South Bay, Beach Cities, Long Beach, and Huntington Beach, as well as Boulder, Metro Denver, and Northern Colorado.

In Colorado, Phillip operates as a dedicated team with Elise Lavanchy of CARR, who is licensed exclusively in Colorado. Together, they serve clients throughout the Colorado Front Range, providing consistent, hands-on representation and deep local market expertise.
