Douglas, originally from Queens, NY, is a graduate of Georgia Tech. His career has encompassed virtually every facet of creating new healthcare facilities. From the start it was architecture, designing modern & functional dental offices across the Southeast. Next, he became a licensed General Contractor, specializing in building dental facilities in Georgia, Alabama & South Carolina. It was during a season of selling healthcare capital equipment where Douglas began to collaborate with his local CARR agent in the Florida market. The synergy was so successful, it was an easy decision to join the CARR team when the Ft. Lauderdale opportunity was offered. Through wonderful friendships & networking, his wife, Bobbie also found a work home in South Florida, managing a multi-location surgery practice.  They’ve been enjoying the South Florida life since 2018.

Bolstered by broad experience in creating facilities, he now helps doctors of any discipline to identify the best property locations and negotiate the best economics. He works with healthcare real estate transactions for tenants and buyers, including start-ups, lease renewals, expansions, relocations, additional offices, purchases, and practice transitions.
