Hello, I’m Dez Merrow, Northeast Florida’s CARR agent and I cover all healthcare verticals, specializing in dental, veterinary, and medical practice real estate.

For the last 33 years, I’ve been an active participant in the healthcare community here. I spent 14 years in dental offices in clinical and administrative positions, 7 years with Patterson Dental moving dental offices out of paper and film, and another 7 years in a tech company doing the network design and sales necessary to advance healthcare offices into current technology like cone beam, CAD Cam, and cloud computing.

Beyond my comprehensive journey, what sets my approach apart is the depth of the relationships I’ve cultivated over the years. With a network built through decades, I’ve developed strong ties with vendors and service providers. These connections, carefully vetted and trusted, allow me to confidently provide my clients with a wide variety of referrals that have not only stood the test of time, but have excelled at their craft.

My home is located in Amelia Island, the northernmost portion of Florida where Rick and I enjoy the sun and water that makes this area so special. Between us, we have 4 grown children and 3 grandchildren. On the weekends you’ll find us boating, hunting/working at our farm on the border of Georgia and South Carolina, and seasonally skiing in the Rocky Mountains.
