Connie brings 25 years of hands-on experience building businesses from the ground up. Before transitioning into commercial real estate, she spent her career conceptualizing, launching, and operating day spas across the country, developing a rare combination of entrepreneurial instinct, operational discipline, and an eye for the details that make a space work.

That background shapes everything about how she works with clients today. As a tenant representation specialist with CARR Healthcare Real Estate, Connie focuses on healthcare and wellness providers across New Mexico, including medical, dental, veterinary, medical spa, and fitness operators. She knows what it takes to open and run a practice, and she uses that knowledge to advocate fiercely for every client at the table.

Connie is a New Mexico native who returned home after building her career nationally. She is deeply rooted in the local community, serving on the board of the Domestic Violence Resource Center, participating in Leadership Sandoval, and serving as a board member with Junior Achievement of New Mexico. She is also an active member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) and NAIOP New Mexico, two organizations that reflect her commitment to the commercial real estate industry and the professionals within it. Her network across the healthcare, business, and economic development communities means her clients benefit from connections that go well beyond a standard real estate transaction.
