How Long Will This Process Take?

While the time needed can fluctuate based upon local construction and permitting timelines, space delivery, complexity of your build-out, etc., we suggest starting the process for a start-up lease or purchase between 9–12 months prior to your desired opening date. If you are considering purchasing land to develop and construct a new building, that process should be started 12–24 months in advance.
