Hi, I’m Mackenzie Riggs, Healthcare Real Estate Advisor at CARR, serving Charleston and the Lowcountry, with the ability to serve healthcare providers throughout South Carolina.

Prior to joining CARR, I was a biologics representative with LifeNet Health. Now, instead of selling to healthcare providers, I get to advocate for them. I help level the playing field with landlords and sellers by helping providers identify the best property options, negotiate favorable terms, avoid costly pitfalls, and ultimately save time and money.

At CARR, we are trained by some of the best negotiators in the business.
