I spent 6 years in the Staffing Industry where I assisted hundreds of Engineering Professionals understand their career goals and find opportunities to grow and thrive at top manufacturing companies across the country. I’m passionate about deeply understanding the needs, wants and desires of my clients and helping them bring their career/business to the next level. Real Estate has always been an interest of mine, so when I learned about CARR and the opportunity to help people who help people, it aligned greatly with my passions, morals, and values.

I was born and raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan and attended Western Michigan University, where I met my wife, Marisa. We took advantage of a 3-year adventure in Dallas, Texas from 2021-2024 and are now back living in the Hudsonville, Michigan area. We love going to the lakes, spending time with friends, and showing our children, Emmett & Georgia, all of our favorite places in the area!
