After being involved in hundreds of transactions and with nearly a decade of real estate experience, Colin Carr realized first hand that tenants and buyers that were not represented almost always paid more and received less in concessions than tenants and buyers that were professionally represented. And nowhere was this more evident than in healthcare real estate.
