At CARR, I specialize in representing national healthcare practices with multiple locations for all of their commercial real estate needs. Working exclusively as an advocate for tenants and buyers, always making sure that my client’s best interest is the primary focus.

Our purpose and passion is helping people who help people. Saving time and money, while providing peace of mind and ensuring clients get the best terms possible is what we do best. We specialize in assisting with multiple locations, expansions, practice acquisitions, relocations (lease, ground-up construction, or purchase), sale-and-leasebacks, and investment real estate on a coast-to-coast basis.

Prior to working with CARR, for nearly 20 years I worked primarily in Investment Banking and Finance, as well as volunteering for many years in non-profit organizations serving the community in various capacities. I specialize in negotiations, public relations, customer service, marketing, and conflict resolution. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a minor in Ministry Leadership from Cornerstone University. Servant leadership is the heart of who I am, and I believe in operating in integrity, being conscientious and having a spirit of excellence. When I’m not advocating for my clients, I love to travel, research and read, serving at my church and the community as well as spending quality time with my family.
