As a Nebraska native, entrepreneur, MBA Candidate, and healthcare real estate advisor with CARR, I bring a business-owner perspective to every client relationship.

Having owned and operated multiple businesses in the health and wellness industry—including both startup ventures and franchise organizations—I understand firsthand the challenges healthcare providers and wellness entrepreneurs face when making real estate decisions. From securing SBA financing and managing growth to hiring teams, building brands, and scaling operations, I’ve experienced the realities of business ownership from the inside.

My decision to join CARR was driven by a simple belief: healthcare providers deserve specialized representation focused exclusively on protecting their interests. Early in my entrepreneurial journey, I encountered many of the challenges that business owners face when navigating commercial real estate transactions. Those experiences reinforced the value of having an advisor who understands both the business and real estate implications of every decision.

Today, I help physicians, dentists, veterinarians, chiropractors, therapists, wellness providers, and healthcare entrepreneurs make informed real estate decisions that support their long-term business goals. Whether opening a first location, expanding a growing practice, renewing a lease, purchasing a building, or evaluating multiple sites, I provide strategic guidance designed to help clients avoid costly mistakes and maximize opportunities.

As a former NCAA Division I full-scholarship athlete at the University of Nebraska and an All-American in Track & Field, I developed a competitive mindset rooted in discipline, preparation, and relentless commitment to performance. Those same principles guide my approach to serving clients and negotiating on their behalf.
