Luke Oyler

I was born in Michigan and migrated to Colorado in 1999. After a couple of years, I had an opportunity in Texas to work in the private healthcare sector. I interacted with thousands of healthcare providers and came to greatly appreciate their services. In 2012 my family and I pursued a dream and moved abroad to work with a humanitarian organization based in Kathmandu, Nepal. There I assisted in bringing healthcare, education, and much needed resources to remote Himalayan villages. After six years in Nepal, my family and I moved back to Colorado in 2018.

I had a desire to combine my experience in healthcare and my longtime interest in commercial real estate. This ultimately led me to CARR. I’m based in Colorado Springs and serve clients throughout the state. I have proven to my clients that their business and desires are top of mind when representing them. With careful attention to details and specific needs, I have successfully helped clients across multiple fields. Getting to know my clients and why they are passionate about their business drives my determination to make the transaction a success.

I have served a variety of clients including those focused on dental, vision, medical, veterinary, physical therapy, dermatology, and aesthetics. Each client is unique with specific requirements for their practice. Whether it is a lease or purchase negotiation, putting my client’s requirements as top priority has gained trust, recognition, and success.

My wife Virginia and I have three children. When it’s time to play, you can find us camping, hiking, or finding a body of water to paddle board. The outdoors is my happy place and there’s no better place to enjoy it than Colorado.
