I have been in the Real Estate industry for 18 years and have an extensive background in every area of real estate. The amount of experience and knowledge you have access to when selecting me as your broker, will give you the edge and advantages you need for successful transactions. My past results highlight my strong negotiation skills, as well as implementing the CARR approach to make sure we secure the best real estate transaction possible for my clients. The goal is to maximize your profitability through the real estate selection. I have done both residential and commercial real estate and understand how lucrative real estate can be from an investment standpoint, allowing you to leverage the asset and grow your practice. Throughout my real estate career, I have worked with National Brands, understand the importance of site selection based on location and co-tenancy, facilitated and managed multiple construction buildouts and redesigns and understand the process of ground up development.

Prior to joining CARR I ran my own Real Estate Brokerage and development company for 8 years, as well as owning rental properties and flipping and designing multiple homes. In my free time, here are some things I am passionate it about other than real estate. I enjoy traveling with my daughter and spending time in Florida, being present in my daughters life and activities, racing dirt bikes, attending Buffalo Bills games, golfing, and am a huge car fanatic.
