Cory Westbrook brings over 20 years of experience in sales leadership, recruiting, and team building, with a successful track record in both mortgage and residential real estate before transitioning into commercial real estate. His background as a high-performing Branch Manager and Sales Leader allows him to guide clients with confidence, strategy, and a strong understanding of what drives growth and profitability.

He now applies that expertise to help physicians, dentists, and other healthcare professionals navigate complex real estate decisions with clarity and long-term vision. A graduate of Texas State University with a double major in Public Administration and Political Science, Cory combines leadership, negotiation, and market insight to help business owners make smart, strategic real estate investments.

Outside of work, Cory is a proud husband and dedicated father to three amazing kids. Known as “Coach Cory” to countless kids in his community, he spends much of his time mentoring and coaching youth through football, baseball, softball, volleyball, and more. He enjoys being outdoors, staying active, and living out his values of faith, family, and service.
