Adam Weiger

Adam Weiger is an Agent for CARR in the North Alabama region, covering all healthcare verticals, specializing in Dental, Medical and Veterinary practice real estate.

Whether it be a start-up practice, expansion, ground-up construction, lease, lease renewal, purchase or acquisition, Adam can assist with every phase of a practice lifecycle. The different experiences and responsibilities throughout his professional career, uniquely positions Adam to assist his clients in making the best decision for their practice real estate. Saving his clients thousands of dollars through negotiations and a ton of valuable time.

Prior to joining CARR in 2019, Adam worked inside the medical system assisting in outpatient surgery. That propelled Adam as a Top Performing and Ranked Medical Device Salesperson, equipping Operating Rooms with Endoscopy and Laparoscopy Equipment. Along with consulting on Total Joints, Trauma, and Sports Medicine procedures during surgery. Interestingly, Adam spent three years in construction as a licensed plumber, to later transition to a large Managed Service Provider as a CTO/CIO. Adam was responsible for creating a Technology/Security roadmap and budget for his small to mid-sized business clients. Most of which were in the financial and healthcare industry. Adam doesn’t claim to be an expert, but his expertise has provided immense value for his clients in the decision-making process.

Adam, his wife and their three children, live in Decatur, AL. Faith, Community and Service are at the core of his family. Together, they enjoy spending time in the great outdoors, with family, neighbors, and supporting their children in all their various activities. Adam personally enjoys hunting, fishing and most sports. He considers it a blessing to have the beautiful Tennessee River in the community where he lives.
