Karla Kimerer

Karla Leathers graduated from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management.

Karla joined CARR in July of 2016 as the Operations Manager bringing over 15 years of experience managing and improving systems.  She manages the day to day operations as well as the system set up and on-boarding for all new agents. She is streamlining processes that will enable the company to grow exponentially.

Karla and her husband have one daughter and together they enjoy traveling and making great family memories.
